Updating to a new camera...

I currently have the Canon Rebel XT (4-5 years ago) and Maymia RZ67 Pro (2000) medium format camera.

I thinking about getting the Canon EOS 7D SLR Digital Camera (Body Only)
and Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM Lens. Does any have the 7D? How do you like it.

I want to get a digital back for the medium format camera sometime in the future. Just of to plan on the redneck retirement plan. lol
